La Caravana de la Alegría se compone de tres fases:

A. EVENTO PRECARAVANA – RETIRO EL FLORECIMIENTO DE LA CONCIENCIA EN LA LUZ DEL CORAZÓN | Del 13 al 17 Septiembre 2022  (AGOTADOS CUPOS PARA EL RETIRO)

Del 14 al 17 de septiembre (llegada a San José el martes 13), celebraremos un Retiro para reactivar el encuentro personal en La Montaña Azul, paraíso donde la mente y el cuerpo se conectan en armonía. Este centro de formación y retiro espiritual se encuentra a mil 500 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar, enclavado en los vivos y verdes montes de la zona rural de Los Ángeles, en Costa Rica. 

Cupo máximo: 53 personas.

Durante 3 días despertaremos nuestra conciencia y equilibraremos nuestra energía corporal y mental. Meditaremos al aire libre acompañados del canto de las aves, practicaremos yoga, caminaremos por sus veredas y nos sumergiremos en las cascadas del río Talari, cuyas aguas nacen en las entrañas de este paradisiaco lugar, para desintoxicar e inyectar la vitalidad que solo el regalo de la naturaleza nos puede dar.

Esta experiencia se complementará con la delicia de la gastronomía del lugar. La alimentación feliz como ha sido nombrada, se compone de un menú 100% vegetariano cuyos sabores y texturas elevan el placer de nutrir equilibradamente al organismo. 

Además, formaremos parte de un Ciclo de Talleres de los Cinco Elementos (Tierra, Agua, Fuego, Aire, Éter), conducidos por el Dr. Jorge Iván Arango Caro, acompañándonos en un viaje al centro de uno mismo, con prácticas tendientes al despertar de los potenciales del corazón como un instrumento de conciencia.

Médico y cirujano de la Universidad de Antioquia, Medellín, Colombia. Formado en medicinas integrativas, Homeopatía, Terapia Sintergética, Terapia Manual Etérica y Yoga de la tradición Sivananda.

Con una experiencia clínica de más de 25 años, de los cuales dedica una parte importante al estudio y práctica de las ciencias de la conciencia, la docencia del modelo integrativo de la Sintergética y temas de crecimiento personal a nivel nacional e internacional, así como al acompañamiento en autogestión en salud a comunidades vulnerables.

Docente adscrito a la Universidad CES Colombia en el área de Medicina Integrativa. Socio de AMIBIO (Asociación de Médicos e Investigadores en Bioenergética) y actual Vicepresidente de Proyección Social de la AIS (Asociación Internacional de Sintergética).

JORNADAS DE SALUD – Del 19 al 22 de Septiembre

Del 19 al 22 de septiembre, la Caravana tendrá como marco la Escuela Social Juan XXIII. 

Esta institución, al servicio del desarrollo humano, se ha dedicado a lo largo de cinco décadas a promover el desarrollo integral de los trabajadores y sus familias, a fomentar la colaboración obrero-patronal en las empresas y a contribuir con la paz social del país,  mediante procesos de formación, capacitación y asesoría, a través de su centro de eventos y del área de formación y desarrollo.

Comenzaremos el día con una Meditación grupal por el elemento Tierra. 

Estar conectados a la Tierra significa estar en el cuerpo, conscientes de lo que nos rodea, presentes y disponibles para lo que ocurra. Nos descargaremos de bloqueos energéticos y de memorias antiguas, interiorizaremos, respiraremos hondo hasta sentir que el cuerpo y la mente están serenos, para visualizar el eslabón de la cadena de la vida, en la que todo, todo, está indisolublemente unido.

Taller Preparando al Sanador

Todo ser humano posee a través de sus manos un potencial sanador que se puede despertar y desarrollar a través de un entrenamiento relativamente sencillo, en el que la práctica hace al maestro.

El objetivo de las caravanas de salud es la educación en la promoción y prevención a través de la propuesta Manos para Sanar, que es un modelo de solución para que los centros de salud, hospitales, pacientes y todos nosotros podamos ser autogestores de salud y bienestar.

En este Taller, el Dr. Jorge Iván Arango Caro nos compartirá la sanación como un común denominador en las culturas humanas, en una jornada meditativa, formativa y lúdica, en el que realizaremos las siguientes actividades:

✦ Preparar al Sanador: Métodos para la preparación del sanador. Las condiciones del sanador. Prácticas esenciales.

✦ Mesa redonda activa para puesta en común.

✦ Sanación a los caravaneros que lo deseen.

En la noche, tendrá lugar el Taller activación de la felicidad, conducido por Yaniv Shanti. Una mágica experiencia musical, creada para el reencuentro con tu felicidad interior. Una dinámica lúdica y bailable, diseñada para subir el ánimo, mejorar la actitud y reforzar la voluntad. Una pausa para ir hacia adentro, respirar y recordar.

Comenzaremos el día con una Meditación grupal por el elemento Agua. 

Trabajaremos juntos nuestra capacidad de reconocer las emociones como parte esencial de nuestra existencia, así como el campo emocional del agua. El agua es sentimiento y es el símbolo que nosotros damos a la vida. Cuando fluimos como el agua, dejamos que el fluido de los sentimientos emerja como un manantial desde la profundidad de nuestro corazón.

Durante el día se realizarán acciones de servicio mediante terapias médicas guiadas por médicos y terapeutas, sin coste para los pacientes, coordinados por diferentes Organizaciones y Centros de San José. Se aplicará terapia manual energética para el bienestar, fundamentada en Manos para Sanar.

Después de una cena ligera a base de frutas, en la noche, celebraremos juntos una Ceremonia de Cacao, en la que entraremos en contacto con el cacao, sintiendo su aroma, su textura, realizando un ritual de chocolate que nos permitirá ir profundo hacia dentro de nosotros. La música, los cantos y la meditación nos conectarán con nosotros mismos, con los demás en el círculo, y nos recordará la fuerza del amor.

El fuego, que todo lo purifica y lo transforma, siempre nos alumbra, nos da inspiración, nos da fortaleza y valor. Nosotros también somos fuego, lo necesitamos para crear nuestra vida, para llenarla de ritmo y de pasión, para poder renacer continuamente de nuestras propias cenizas. Trabajar con el elemento Fuego nos dará la capacidad de caminar en la dirección que queramos llevar, trabajando por el enfoque, la motivación, y nuestro centro en el camino.

Durante el día se realizarán acciones de servicio mediante terapias médicas guiadas por médicos y terapeutas, sin coste para los pacientes, coordinados por diferentes Organizaciones y Centros de San José. Se aplicará terapia manual energética para el bienestar, fundamentada en Manos para Sanar.

En la noche celebraremos juntos el Taller Inspiración en Movimiento, conducido por Noelia Ruiz, mediante el lenguaje de los 5 ritmos. Este taller nos permitirá comprender la vida a través del movimiento, profundizar en la forma en la cual nos movemos, reconociendo temores, resistencias, juicios… Movernos con esta consciencia nos ayuda a observar la vida con otra perspectiva, soltando a la víctima y acogiendo al eterno aprendiz; llegando a sentir claramente cómo se despierta en nosotros la ilusión y la pasión por la vida y sus desafíos.

Comenzaremos el día con una Meditación grupal por el elemento Aire. 

Generaremos una conexión interna, tranquilizando y despejando nuestra mente. Este elemento se compone de cambio y movimiento. Es el símbolo de la mente, de la visión, de la consciencia y de la comunicación. El Aire entrega la capacidad de planear, evaluar y proponer soluciones asertivas a los problemas.

Durante el día se realizarán acciones de servicio mediante terapias médicas guiadas por médicos y terapeutas, sin coste para los pacientes, coordinados por diferentes Organizaciones y Centros de San José. Se aplicará terapia manual energética para el bienestar, fundamentada en Manos para Sanar.

En la noche, y como despedida a las Jornadas de Salud, celebraremos juntos la Danza de la Vida, mediante un baile grupal. Daremos rienda a la expresión pura a través de la celebración, del sentir, dando vida a nuestros sentimientos a través del cuerpo, escuchando la música y traduciendo todo ello en el arte de nuestro propio movimiento.

B. PEREGRINAJE A LA FORTUNA | Del 23 al 25 SEPTIEMBRE

Sentir y pensar desde el corazón es el sentido profundo de una peregrinación. Es la vía del corazón, que es la vía de la síntesis.

Comenzamos un maravilloso Peregrinaje hacia La Fortuna, una de las zonas más encantadores de Costa Rica, rodeada de prados y verdor, aves, cataratas, plantas exóticas y por supuesto el majestuoso Volcán Arenal.

Comenzaremos el día con una Meditación grupal por el elemento Éter. 

Pasando de la estabilidad de la tierra, a través del fluir del agua, la pasión del fuego y la ligereza del aire, llegamos al elemento que hace posible todo lo demás: el éter o «espacio». El éter es nada y todo al mismo tiempo, elemento integrador, de síntesis, de unidad. Es el más expansivo de los elementos. Sin forma ni fronteras, el éter no tiene límites. En el cuerpo, el éter se expresa dentro de los espacios vacíos.

En la tarde del viernes 23, visitaremos la Catarata de La Fortuna, situada en el Parque Nacional Volcán Arenal, una maravillosa caída de agua cristalina de setenta metros de altura, ubicada en una reserva biológica con un área de 210 hectáreas, de bosque tropical. Disfrutaremos de su majestuosidad desde un amplio mirador, desde el cual podremos dejar para siempre guardado en nuestro recuerdo su belleza escénica, rodeada de abundante vegetación, y gran variedad de flora y fauna.

SÁBADO 24 SEPTIEMBRE

Pasearemos por los Puentes Colgantes en el Parque Místico Arenal, donde diferentes ecosistemas se unen formando un cinturón de vegetación de transición con un alto nivel de diversidad. Tendremos la oportunidad de vislumbrar desde las copas de los árboles diferentes especies de plantas, aves, mamíferos, mariposas y mucho más, frente al majestuoso Volcán Arenal.

Una maravillosa reserva biológica que hoy en día es centro de investigación para biólogos y científicos que buscan poder documentar la biodiversidad que existe en este bosque húmedo tropical.

Por la tarde, nos sumergiremos en las aguas termales del Arenal en el Paradise Hot Springs Resort, con minerales regenerativos y rodeados de vegetación tropical. La pureza del agua nos hará sentir como si estuviéramos flotando en un oasis de sanación, con el canto de los pájaros a nuestro alrededor y el sonido del agua cayendo, creando una atmósfera única de relajación para cuerpo y mente. Será una maravillosa ceremonia de cierre.

DOMINGO 25 SEPTIEMBRE

Pronto en la mañana, dispondremos de tiempo libre para que, quien lo desee, pueda visitar el pueblo La Fortuna de San Carlos, tranquilo y encantador que, debido a su cercanía al magnífico volcán, los baños termales relacionados con su actividad volcánica y la exuberante naturaleza de sus alrededores, se ha convertido en uno de los principales destinos de Costa Rica.

La Vuelta desde La Fortuna a San José tendrá lugar en la mañana del Domingo 25 de septiembre. Hora de llegada prevista a San José 1:00 pm. Se llevará primero al Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamaría (San José) a las personas que tengan vuelo de regreso a su país el domingo 25 por la tarde. A continuación, nos dirigiremos al hotel en el que se alojarán las personas que hayan contratado noche adicional del domingo 25.

¿Qué son las Caravanas de Salud?

Las Caravanas son jornadas de salud nacionales e internacionales, con métodos terapéuticos fundamentados en la Sintergética en coordinación con los representantes locales de salud.  Durante estas caravanas se realizan actividades de servicio y asistencia a familias o grupos, así como la promoción de la autogestión en salud.

¿Quién es la Asociación Internacional de Sintergética, entidad organizadora de la Caravana?

La Asociación Internacional de Sintergética (A.I.S.) es una institución sin ánimo de lucro, coordinada y gestionada por médicos procedentes de diferentes países, que agrupa terapeutas, médicos, asociaciones y fundaciones relacionadas con la formación, la práctica, la promoción y la proyección social de la salud integral y la autogestión de la salud en el mundo.

¿Cómo puedo participar en la Caravana de la Alegría? 

Puedes inscribirte en el formulario de inscripción, haciendo CLIC AQUÍ.

Para que tu inscripción sea efectiva, es necesario que realices el pago a través de las pasarelas de pago seguras Stripe y PayPaL. El cargo se realizará en tu moneda local.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos de entrada a Costa Rica?

Actualmente para el ingreso a Costa Rica no se solicita examen PCR, vacuna de covid- 19, código QR, o seguro específico que cubra gastos por enfermedad covid- 19. En caso de que variasen los requisitos exigidos por las autoridades de Costa Rica, serán comunicadas. Si necesitas más información, por favor haz clic aquí.

¿Qué incluye mi inscripción al evento?

✅ Acceso a todos los eventos de la Caravana: Congresos, talleres, jornadas y actividades de sanación.

✅ Coste de la entrada a los recintos y visitas que se llevarán a cabo durante la Caravana.

✅ Alojamiento y desplazamientos.

✅ Consulta mayor detalle de que comidas están incluidas e información importante AQUÍ.

✅ Certificado de participación emitido por la A.I.S.

No se incluye…

❌ Vuelos de ida y vuelta desde el país o ciudad de origen.
