LA SOLEDAD

Es complejo diferenciar el estar solo con sentirse así. Lo primero resulta casi imposible porque muchas manifestaciones de vida están a nuestro alrededor y su expresión a través de múltiples formas es la constatación de que todos estamos vinculados de alguna manera con el entramado que nos rodea. Por eso quizás la única manera de probar la soledad es sentirla y suele ser por elección propia.
Más que un estado de aislamiento, separación o abandono, puede convertirse en un espléndido momento para el reencuentro interior y por ello no hay que temerle, más que por apartarnos del territorio de holgura, lo cual incluso puede ser parte del proceso evolutivo hacia el desarrollo de la Conciencia que pone a prueba nuestros propios recursos.
Soledad y silencio suelen ir de la mano para resonar con nuestra propia música que es la antesala con la que toma vuelo la fuerza creativa, sugiriendo nuevos proyectos que se acunan en el corazón cargados de ilusión y propósito. Adentrarse en el vacío invita al desprendimiento porque es allí donde verdaderamente encontramos el sentido profundo de cambiar las viejas programaciones para ir ligeros de equipaje y leves de emociones tóxicas. Es entonces cuando dejamos de sentir la necesidad dictatorial de proyectarnos porque el centro nos reclama en presente para tomar las mejores decisiones.
Experimentarla de hecho nos conduce a expiar las culpas para levantarnos en comunión con la genuina alegría que dispone cada cosa en su justa dimensión. No hay lugar entonces para magnificar lo que no corresponde y por ello las lecciones se tornan sutiles. Resurgen los sueños que esperan al soñador, lo cual supone abstraerse de lo no esencial, para dialogar en el mismo plano con el Maestro. Es cuando el sabio y el aprendiz se funden de manera apacible renunciando a cualquier rol para sintonizarse simple y llanamente con el tejido de la humanidad donde cada uno se reconoce esencial.
La soledad puede ser pues, una excelente compañía porque desde su impecable prudencia nos contempla de forma amorosa y compasiva, renunciando a emitir cualquier tipo de veredicto y más bien despejando conmovida el sendero para que nuestro trasegar sea más amable, afectuoso y sencillo. Apacible y suspendida en el tiempo nos observa conmovida para acogernos en el momento preciso en el que la voz interior nos susurre que es el momento de volver a la Unidad.
