Siempre estamos filtrando lo que percibimos. Producimos cerca de 60.000 pensamientos al día, de los cuales el 90% son realmente inútiles o repetitivos y, por tanto, sin una intención clara. Esto nos lleva a pensar que vale la pena silenciar por momentos la mente y más bien asumir una actitud de escucha para hacernos las preguntas correctas, lo cual es un principio básico en aquello de comunicarnos eficazmente e informar formando.
La mayor elocuencia suele surgir del silencio, para que cada palabra expresada sea la necesaria y así podamos hacer el ejercicio de proponer más que imponer. De crear un discurso poderoso e íntegro que desplace al dogmatismo y que sea portador de honestidad y rectitud para, de esta manera, poder conservar la esencia del mensaje. De ello depende que sea o no constructivo y edificante.
No es necesario rebuscar o exagerar. Para transmitir sólo hace falta pintar de emociones las palabras que casi siempre se derivan de la postura frente a la vida, del sentido de cada acto, de la forma de relacionarnos con nosotros y el entorno. Así la obra inteligente será expuesta en las páginas del libro de la existencia, renunciando a la necesidad de emitir juicios o ingeniar excusas y más bien darle paso a una comunicación llena de optimismo, bondad y verdad que nos permitan conservar por siempre la actitud del aprendiz.
En virtud de ello, es importante depurar y examinar con diligencia y cuidado cada expresión para hilar las ideas que nos permitan trascender de los textos a los contextos y ser más incluyentes en el perfeccionamiento de la sana interacción.
Cuando el corazón nutre al intelecto, el Espíritu inunda todo nuestro ser y la responsabilidad de moldear y embellecer en lugar de deformar, agrega la potencialidad a cada palabra expresada, de contemplar y acariciar al otro siendo portadores del genuino arte de amar para protegernos mutuamente y ver brotar a la semilla que alivia y restablece, que une y cohesiona, que acoge e invita a la re-flexión en señal de humildad en pos de recorrer juntos el camino de la vida.
