En un universo de múltiples dimensiones podemos cambiar la posición del observador, para apreciar en él la multidimensionalidad sincronizada de lo humano. De la física cuántica aprendemos que la posición del observador determina lo observado. Que quizás incluso cada observador es cocreador de lo observado.
Nuestra humanidad abarca todos los estadíos de conciencia precedentes, y el estadío propiamente humano, en el que la conciencia se ha hecho consciente de si misma. La conciencia en el hombre se hace reflexiva. Esta transición de fase del animal hacia lo humano implica un salto evolutivo. A partir del ser humano la conciencia, materia prima de la creación, se convierte en herramienta prodigiosa que se recrea a si misma. En lo humano, aquello que llamamos las leyes de la naturaleza coexiste con las leyes más incluyentes de la conciencia. Esta conciencia es relación, manifiesta en nuestros cuerpos a través de interacciones e inter-transformaciones entre la materia y la energía, entre la información y la misma conciencia en si misma contenida A mayor densidad relacional, más inclusividad y mayor nivel de conciencia.
Podríamos trascender, sin perderlo de vista, el nivel de una conciencia basal y primitivo que se expresa en la biología molecular. Al contemplar así a un ser humano más allá del mundo del reino mineral que lo sustenta, podemos incluir el nivel del reino vegetal que anima su conciencia permitiendo la continuidad del plan de su vida grabado en las semillas. Ambos niveles necesarios y presentes simultáneamente nos permiten ascender, de nuevo sin perder de vista la tierra firme de lo mineral- vegetativo, al nivel de la conciencia animal que rige nuestro comportamiento instintivo. La ley de la manada no ha desparecido en este vertiginoso ascenso a la conciencia humana, esencial para considerar una humanidad humana tan radicalmente diferente del homínido que nos ha precedido.
Como animales somos biológicamente casi idénticos. Como homínidos nuestras semejanzas biológicas se han mantenido indemnes. Como humanos seguimos ocupando la misma biología esencial de los homínidos, pero aquello que de ese instrumento biológico ha emergido es tan radicalmente distinto que entre los mismos seres humanos apreciamos una diversidad que hace de cada ser humano una nota única en la sinfonía de la creación.
La densidad relacional se multiplica adentro, surge la expansión de la conciencia representada en la hiperconectividad del campo neuronal. Las mareas ascendentes de la evolución confluyen en una red de conexiones.
¿Qué ha ocurrido en esta nueva dimensión de lo humano? Podríamos contemplar al mismo tiempo lo homínido que va ascendiendo al parto de la humanidad, y continuar observando simultáneamente la emergencia misteriosa del nivel de la conciencia en que el hombre se hace creador. Si asumiéramos una posición del observador en que todas estas dimensiones aparezcan sincronizadas en el mismo espacio de nuestros cuerpos, veríamos el mundo de lo humano extendido más allá de las leyes de la materia y la energía. Encontraríamos patrones de información y de conciencia que nos permitirían de verdad dialogar con la humanidad, como un estado de síntesis emergente en que lo mineral, lo vegetal y lo animal ascendieron a través de la transición de los homínidos a un mundo que en el que la sola biología no puede ya explicarla humanidad. En el orden implícito, el reino de lo profundamente subjetivo ha hecho su emergencia. No podemos mirar ya en la superficie del qué cuantitativo, hemos de observar también el misterio del cómo cualitativo que trasciende estructuras, formas y apariencias, para lanzarnos el desafío de mirar más allá de lo macroscópico y lo microscópico, más allá de realidades newtonianos cuánticas, la emergencia de una conciencia que, reflexionando sobre si misma, se recrea y transforma permanentemente.
Disuelta la materia, liberada la fuerza del instinto, sublimada la energía, descubrimos el océano de conciencia en que vivimos, y accedemos a ese mundo misterioso en que el observador, al contemplarlo todo, puede transformarlo todo. Es el mundo del hombre-criatura- creador. En ese mundo, mucho más que la ciencia de la biología, la terapéutica es también el arte insondable del diálogo con el universo humano.
Un buen joyero puede develar la belleza del diamante. Un buen jardinero ayuda a revelar la armonía de la flor. Un buen veterinario sabe de la vida instintiva liberada en la bandada, la manada y la progresiva individualización del animal doméstico. Un buen médico es joyero, jardinero, veterinario, científico y místico al mismo tiempo. Tendría ese médico que acceder a la postura del observador en el que el ser humano no se puede contemplar desde un pasado sin presente y sin la magia de su presencia subjetiva y creadora de futuro. El médico de hoy ha de tener en cuenta que la conciencia reflexiva ha dotado a cada ser humano con el mejor instrumento para afrontar la enfermedad y prevenirla. Para promover la salud y recrearla.
La medicina de hoy será una medicina de la conciencia o no será. No sólo integrativa, oriental u occidental, científica o mística. Ante todo, será una medicina humana, una ciencia y un arte de sanar que tiene en cuenta toda la subjetividad y la irrepetible individualidad de cada ser humano.

En esta gran tarea, para la que urge un compromiso de toda la humanidad a todos sus niveles de organización, el estado del agua juega un rol fundamental, pues sabemos que ya el 50% de la Gran Barrera de Coral Australiana está dañada por el incremento de las temperaturas, mientras que los manglares han perdido alrededor de un 30% de su área de distribución desde 1980. Desde 1970 los humedales, que son ecosistemas claves en la prevención del cambio climático, han ido desapareciendo. Y alrededor de ocho millones de toneladas de plásticos acaban en los océanos.
Proponemos un viaje interior hacia la coherencia, la transparencia y la serenidad del ser que somos, para encontrar en nuestro propio corazón esa fuente solidaria del amor incondicional que nos permitirá vivir en armonía con la naturaleza. Será un viaje hacia la fuente de relaciones humanas fundadas en la comprensión amorosa, hacia el cultivo de la diversidad que nos conduzca a la belleza de la unidad. Que desde la solidez de una paz fundada en la justicia, el amor y la verdad podamos apaciguar las aguas turbulentas de la ambición y el consumismo que han contaminado el agua de la vida en la Tierra.
