GENERA UNA CONVERSACIÓN ACTIVA CON EL UNIVERSO
No tiene sentido mantener abiertas nuestras heridas emocionales, por un lado porque sabemos que somos los primeros que sufrimos, por el otro lado porque sabemos que cuando las resolvamos vamos a ganar en bienestar y en salud. Y que sólo depende de nuestra comprensión, de nuestro compromiso y de asumir aquellas actitudes, tareas, comportamientos, acciones concretas como adultos íntegros y responsables de nuestra propia salud para sanarnos, para liberarnos. En el momento en el que somos capaces de sanarnos, de liberarnos, de entrar en ese espacio en el cual no hay reclamos y pendientes frente a la vida, nuestras relaciones empiezan a reflejar esa inclusividad en donde ese primer abrazo de aceptación profunda ha sido para con nosotros mismos, para lo que vivimos en nuestra historia personal, para aquello que se inscribió en nuestro ser ahora como aprendizaje.
Eso es algo fundamental, es una comprensión empoderadora, generadora de responsabilidades, pero que me pone a mí en primera persona, en sujeto generador de mi propia salud, de mi propio bienestar. Si yo gestiono mis emociones adecuadamente, si aquello que me causa malestar le dedico mi atención, lo enfrento, lo considero, lo profundizo, me dejo transformar por aquellas implicaciones que coherentemente me exigen un aprendizaje, un cambio de actitudes y comportamientos.
Empiezo un proceso de desarrollo continuo como ser humano que no tendrá límite.
Ese es el gran reto del agua: fluir con las experiencias, fluir con las emociones, fluir con los reconocimientos. Ir más allá de nuestros paradigmas, de nuestros juicios, reconocer que la opinión no es la realidad y empezar desde ahí a generar una conversación activa con el universo en la que escucho, proceso y propongo. Y en esa medida me transformo y mejoro continuamente como ser humano.
Desde ese manejo emocional asumo el estrés, desde ese manejo emocional asumo la productividad en mi trabajo, desde ese manejo emocional asumo las relaciones familiares. Las relaciones simplemente operativas de día a día que me permiten la supervivencia y que le permiten a otras personas ser parte de la cadena de productividad, de supervivencia de esta humanidad que se necesita a sí misma, unos a otros para fortalecer ese sentido de solidaridad profunda.
En ese momento adquiero la serenidad suficiente para ver en la profundidad de mi ser la luz del alma.
Para ver reflejado en ese espejo sereno de la superficie de mi lago interior el sol vespertino que me llama, hacia la misión de mi alma. En ese momento asumo la soledad como la oportunidad para reflexionar, para revisar, para decidir, para comprender, para transformarme. Abrazo esa esencia y desde ese abrazo que asume la individualidad como un requisito fundamental para fundirme en la totalidad, mis relaciones ya no serán la búsqueda frenética de cubrir, tapar, esconder un espacio que con la sensación de vacío que deja en mi interior me angustia. ¡No! El vacío, la agitación, la angustia de esas olas del agua, del universo emocional que están angustiadamente agitadas se serenan y ahí reconozco en la soledad la fuerza, la profundidad, la capacidad de asumir lo que soy. Y desde ahí entregarme a través de lo que hago, a través de lo que digo, a través de mis palabras. En ese momento es posible amar.
Solo cuando puedo estar en soledad serenamente, conmigo mismo, asumir cuáles son los verdaderos retos de mi vida, puedo amar.
Todo lo demás son búsquedas incesantes de cariño, de protección, proyecciones de imágenes que se nos quedaron cicatrizadas en nuestra infancia. El camino de la reparación solo se logra en soledad. Sólo se logra identificando nuestras emociones, identificando qué fue aquello que las generó. Identificando cuáles son los comportamientos, las actitudes, los patrones de afrontamiento que se movilizan en mí, los aprendizajes traumáticos, la mayor parte de las veces que se disparan en mí y con los que erróneamente enfrento esas situaciones. Y ese es un trabajo de transparencia, de profunda honestidad, de profunda entrega, porque solo cuando mi oído interior está limpio puedo escuchar la luz del alma. Solo cuando la palabra que sale de mí y el acto que realizo son honestos y transparentes puedo realizar la misión del alma. Solo cuando mi mirada no proyecta sus temores y deseos ni se identifica con los roles puedo ver la luz del alma y esa es mi gran tarea.
