EL TESORO DEL SILENCIO
Aunque nosotros creemos que pensamos, los pensamientos llegan sin pedir permiso. Es decir, hay una afluencia de pensamientos que nos llegan y nos bombardean sin que nosotros les demos permiso. Eso significa que, desgraciadamente, no podemos cerrar el flujo de pensamientos, porque además cuanto más lo intentamos más nos estresamos y más difícil es entrar en relajación. Por esto la conocida frase de “dejar la mente en blanco” solo la pronuncian aquellas personas que han oído hablar de esto, pero no han practicado el tema. Porque no se dan cuenta de lo extremadamente difícil que es dejar la mente en blanco.
Tenemos que estar mucho tiempo practicando para poder experimentar la mente en blanco, para que los pensamientos no te interfieran. Entonces la práctica de la respiración consciente es el principio de todo. Sin ella es difícil acceder a otras técnicas en donde el individuo va a permitir que esa mente superior, que también se llama la mente intuitiva, pueda descender adecuadamente y así actuar en el plano objetivo de una forma adecuada.
Con ello podríamos alinear el pensamiento, la emoción y la acción. Tenemos esa triplicidad tan importante que nos permite alinear esto como si de un láser se tratara. Tenemos la posibilidad de que nuestro acto, nuestra palabra sean precisos, y por tanto no genere confusión. El ser humano es el único de los cuatro reinos que tiene el planeta que es capaz de comunicarse verbalmente, con el uso de la palabra. Entonces…
Hay que ser extremadamente cuidadosos a la hora de comunicarse porque la comunicación puede generar muchísimo conflicto.
Y tenemos unos ejemplos muy recientes de esto. Cuando una persona, quien quiera que sea, dice que hay que usar desinfectantes por vía oral o por vía parenteral, para que el virus no se propague o no te infecte, provoca que se genere automáticamente un movimiento. Este movimiento puede llevar por ejemplo a que personas puedan fallecer, porque van a hacer caso de esto de forma ciega. Por tanto, tenemos ejemplo de cómo una comunicación confusa ha generado, en este caso, un conflicto. Por otra parte, tenemos que los países que han podido gestionar mejor esta crisis sanitaria, vamos a decir así, son aquellos que han comunicado de forma sencilla, precisa y honesta, las cosas como eran. Han tratado a sus ciudadanos como adultos y no como niños o gente incapacitada, de tal manera que cuando en un momento determinado, se ha dicho que “este virus es como el de la gripe”, en esa frase para no alarmar, lo que se ha generado es que la gente se relaje.
Por tanto debemos ser cuidadosos cuando hablamos y nos comunicamos, porque está en nuestra mano generar armonía o desarmonía con nuestras palabras. Tenemos ese poder en nosotros, y por eso es tan y tan importante que, si no sabemos qué decir o no tenemos ni idea, mejor que guardemos silencio.
El silencio es un tesoro
Cuando no se nos pide que hablemos, mejor guardamos silencio, que por lo menos no distorsionamos.
